The cottage Gîte calme avec jardin et terrasse is located in Guiclan and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!
