Located between land and sea, you can walk in the heart of the city center with the "maisons à pondalez" (typical Breton houses), the viaduct and the port. The bay of Morlaix with Carantec, Roscoff, Plougasnou, Plouezoc'h or up to the pink granite coast.

Le logement fonctionnel dispose d'une cuisine équipée (plus produits de base) . L'espace nuit est meublé d'un lit de 160/200 avec la salle de douche attenante. Une petite terrasse en bois dessert le studio et elle est privative. Nous disposons d'un local à vélo et le quartier est calme. Sont fournis draps linge toilette sèche cheveux

Sur deux niveaux: cuisine séparée entièrement équipée, séjour lumineux et salle de bains avec douche et baignoire. Bien que la maison ne dispose pas d’un véritable jardin mais elle possède en revanche une terrasse en bois avec salon de jardin, idéale pour se détendre en pleine nature.

Completely renovated in 2021, it offers a comfortable and modern layout; you can enjoy the small terrace in summer and the stove in winter...
