Less than 1 km from the GR34, on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of the Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, possibility of equestrian reception with 650 m² quarry, stable and 2 boxes.

5 min from the sea, this peaceful 90 m² accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to the house: a soccer field, tennis court and playground for children. On the shopping side, the village of Guimaëc, 5 minutes' walk away, has a bakery, a supermarket, and a tapas bar-restaurant. The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the end of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with beautiful views. In a small port typical of Brittany with a strong marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and live fish sales by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
