Welcome to Guilvinec! This charming house, fully renovated in 2022, is ideally situated off the main road within walking distance to the vibrant fishing port of Guilvinec and the beautiful beaches surrounding it. Guilvinec port offers a range of activities, restaurants, shops, bakeries, outdoor markets etc, making it a perfect holiday destination. Note: the reservation will not include automatically the end of stay cleaning, heating, bedlinen and towels.

Penty Pont Aven

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

Cottage with independent access with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden. The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, deckchairs, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden armchairs. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
