We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

A big thank you to our hosts for their really warm welcome! Despite our very late arrival, they were very kind and very understanding. The accommodation was impeccable, very clean and comfortable, and we loved its proximity to the sea. It felt like home. A beautiful place that we recommend without hesitation, and where we will return with pleasure!

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Benedicte and Xavier are awesome and friendly hosts. They made sure that our stay will be perfect. They communicated with us a lot and responded quickly. We also got great recomendations on the local restaurants and shops. The apartment is cozy and you just have to open the window to feel the vibe of the French Riviera. When we were there the tree in front was big, but it gave us a more private feeling and we could still see the sea next to it, couldn't have been better! When you close everything it's perfectly soundproofed so you can sleep unbothered. It's also have everything you need even for a longer stay. The bathroom isn't that spacious, but it's enough for two, modern and clean. The location is awesome, 5 mins from the train station, 2 mins from the beautiful sandy beach, restaurants just outside the door. It was our first airbnb experience and Benedicte and Xavier made sure that it will be unforgettable! I highly reccomend them if you want a taste of the French Riviera!

Clean accommodation, fully equipped and in a good location, shops and restaurants are nearby and activities are within walking distance. Small downside of the accommodation, the height under the ceiling does not allow you to stand in the bedroom and in the bathroom, which is restrictive when you exceed 1m70. Welcoming, warm and responsive hosts. We had a nice stay!

Fantastic place, fantastic hosts!

We had a fabulous week in Beaulieu sur Mer in Mikhail’s place! Mikhail was extremely helpful and very communicative - sending us videos of the apartment during the booking process and further videos and guidance on gaining access to the property. He was also very helpful with advice on local amenities and options for returning to the airport. The apartment was perfect - very modern, clean and ideally situated close to the marina, with fabulous views out to sea - we would definitely return again!

We spent the weekend in Aline and Benoît's apartment, with our 2 young children and everything was perfect. Umbrella bed provided and children's toys on site. The apartment is in a very good location, everything is within walking distance. It is very well equipped, everything is functional. Aline and Benoît are very responsive, we are pleased with our stay thank you very much!

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Great place near the beach

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

I spent 3 nights with my daughter in this accommodation and I have nothing but positive things to say! The apartment is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and functional. It is also very well located: I did not touch the car during the stay, everything is within walking distance. It's also very quiet. Having a private place and the elevator is a real plus. Julien was very responsive to every question I asked. When I arrived I was greeted by a person named Katia, who was lovely and explained everything to me. I had already come to Valberg and this accommodation was the best I rented so far, a real favourite. In short, I have absolutely nothing negative to say, everything is in accordance with the listing and the photos. We had a great time throughout the stay! I'll remember the address to come back next time!!! Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony was our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
