We really enjoyed our stay- comfortable apartment with great facilities in a very central location. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend!

We had a great time, 10 perfect days, lots of services, the host (Juliette) was very helpful and attentive. Strategic location a stone's throw from the beach, a few minutes from Biarritz and convenient for reaching all the other beaches in the area. Small wonderful patio for aperitifs or eating, the indoor parking space is an absolute convenience. Thanks to the wonderful Ms Juliette and her husband for these wonderful days. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, centrally located apartment with everything you need, and just a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Santiago was a great host who was super responsive and took the initiative to make sure we had everything we needed - we arrived a bit earlier than the check in time, and he made his way to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay again if we return to San Sebastián.

The app we needed to download etc for all guests we a little tricky for us and the app itself was giving us errors as we travelled by train. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay in the center of San Sebastian.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't want for anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the motorway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

Beautiful, well-equipped, clean and very spacious accommodation in the village of Ergoien with a super central location to explore the Gipuzkoa region. Francisco Javier and his family were great hosts! We felt at home and would love to come back! Gracias!

We had a great weekend together. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, full of charm. Very functional, and tastefully restored. Communication with Christine was excellent, all the necessary information for our arrival was given to us accurately. Very flexible host on schedules which allowed us to leave more quietly after our cycling race. We strongly recommend!

We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. We had a good stay, and most importantly would stay again. This is very much an airbnb flat with comfortable beds, nice shower, washer / dryer, and basic kitchen. The location is what makes it stand out, and the easy access to the city made the slightly funky living room and small kitchen unimportant. The hosts were great communicators, with clear check in instructions and great parking tips. We had some issues during the stay- -partying neighbors having a jam session from 1-3am, part of Saturday night in a city and it’s a very old building. - this unit shares an entry way with another unit that’s also managed by this host. The guests staying in the other unit were smoking inside and the smoke filled the entry way and flowed into our unit. The hosts asked them to stop, which they did for a short while, and then started again. Luckily we only had one day crossover, but was unfortunate. The hosts did their best

Pleasant, spacious and clean accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check-in (beds made, ...) Very convenient location: beach within walking distance, as well as convenience store and bakery. Please note, although this was not a concern for us: - the bathroom on the ground floor is only accessible through the bedroom - the density of the village of Guéthary means that the garden is surrounded by other accommodations, so the view is limited. The environment remained very quiet during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful typical Basque Country house. We can only recommend and would be very happy to come back next time.

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 metres) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

very clean home the equipment is new very peaceful cul-de-sac there is a door to the bathroom! much more convenient easy to find, parking for the perfect vehicle air conditioning/fan are essential in the accommodation where it is hot trip that went perfectly well

Would give 6 stars if I could! Stunningly beautiful surroundings and a very stylish and highly liveable apartment. Proximity to Saint Jean de Luz and the stunning coastline a huge plus. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty of getting luggage up from car park - but this was not an issue for us, Benoit sent map location to unload at back gate before driving to carpark. Don’t hesitate. Amazing!
