Excellent in all aspects and as a courtesy she gave us toiletries that were great, she welcomed us with a pleasant surprise of delicious wine and we did not have to leave a deposit at the reception since she covered it and that was excellent, we were very happy and the host was in communication with us when we needed it, our travel expectations were exceeded and we would love to return, thank you for that hospitality to us without knowing us 🙏🏻

If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to rest, Miguel Angel's apartment is what you need, accessible, beautiful, good location in the Punta Diamante area next to the island, leaving the subdivision there is a Chedraui which helps you a lot if you want to cook something... the pools were very nice, clean and well maintained, the beach is a 10 minute walk but within the subdivision there are trolleys that take you there at no cost... We thank Miguel Angel for his attention and we hope to return soon, thank you very much for having us in your home, regards

The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

Great place to stay. There are two large pools that you can use until 11pm, there is a Chedraui and Plaza La Isla 5 minutes and 15 minutes from the beach. Oliver was on the lookout all the time, very kind and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back.

It is a very good accommodation, totally recommended, only if you are going to go to the beach that is nearby, I recommend that you only go from afar, the waves are very rough. I recommend that you look for other beaches, the one that is near the club, not because the waves are very high and they are not easy to control, my mother and my grandmother lost their cell phone in it and they were not near the sea, but as far as possible the accommodation was very good, it is a private one so I felt safe at all times and the guards are very friendly

The apartment is super nice, a few meters from the beach, you just had to go down the stairs to have everything (pools and beach) a few meters away. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything so you can cook at ease, entertain yourself with the TV, board games. Good air conditioning, the facilities are super clean and there are several bars and restaurants within the complex to order.

Our experience in this apartment in Acapulco was unforgettable; Gaby's service was unique, always attentive, kind and attentive to every detail so that everything was perfect. The location is excellent, in a beautiful area with easy access to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The facilities are very comfortable and fun, ideal for enjoying and sharing with the family. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

We had a pleasant weekend, the house is as shown in the photos, there were some issues with the hot water but they resolved it quickly. Only one bedroom does not have air conditioning but the weather was pleasant. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need, Mildred is always attentive and the cleaning and kitchen service is good

It's a very nice place, very quiet, private, the kitchen is super equipped, very close to the stakes, with a lot of security thanks to the subdivision. They were always attentive to answer any questions and keep a lot of communication

Everything was excellent, the house is beautiful and very large, the owners are incredibly friendly and helped us a lot. I highly recommend it, the only thing I think you should take into account to get there is that if you put the address in Google maps, it can send you through very narrow and steep streets, better ask the locals to tell you how to get there because you can easily find the address following the entire ring road, from there the house has no problems

Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just like in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, excellent food preparation service from Sara, delicious cooking.
