The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Ancien garage devenu maisonnette de charme, en lisière de bois et à 15 min à pied des Remparts de Guérande. Le calme de la nature et le confort d'un cocon moderne. Logement indépendant situé dans un domaine privé paisible - nous vivons juste à côté. Accueil en personne si nous sommes là, entrée autonome par boîte à clés sinon. Charpente bois apparente, terrasse privative et lumière naturelle. Idéalement situé entre plages, marais salants et remparts (pour 2 à 4 personnes, animaux bienvenus).

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A charming cottage with a bohemian chic vibe, original architecture, refined aesthetics and an authentic atmosphere – this house has great potential. The accommodation is 500 m from the Porte Saint-Michel and the walled city of Guérande, 5 km from La Baule, 20 km from the Saint-Nazaire shipyards, 12 km from the Grande Brière, 3 km from the salt marshes, 8 km from the fishing port of La Turballe.
