To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

Small stone house full of charm, semi-detached, located only 2 km from the village, halfway between Lorient and Vannes. Quick access to the expressway, ideal for discovering Morbihan: only 25 minutes from the beaches of Erdeven, Carnac, Belz and Étel. Note: the house is located close to a railway line, trains are rare but this can cause noise at certain times of the day. A practical and pleasant pied-à-terre to explore Southern Brittany!

This recently remodelled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom, a spacious bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed.

The mezzanine room, bathed in light thanks to the roof wells, invites you to rest. Nearby: restaurants, shops, Château des Rohan, canal.

Romantic room, in the heart of Brittany, overlooking the canal. Comfort has been brought for couples, two-seater bathtub in the LIVING ROOM, spacious four-poster bed 180/200 cm. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cozy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants from above can be disturbing.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large forest garden. Dragonflies, kingfishers… and hopefully otters and deer. Wake up, take a dip... or grab the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
