Alice is one of three charming traditional stone-built cottages here at Bot Coet Cottages, set on 2.5 acres of land. Enjoy the shared heated pool, landscaped gardens, games room and boule court. Just 5 mins from medieval Guemene, with shops, bars and restaurants, and the lovely South Brittany coast an easy day trip.

Breton stone house with on the ground floor: dining area, kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove and shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 with two single beds (90 x 190). The rate varies depending on the number of guests, please indicate the correct number of people. To set the price, I took into account the amount of your travel expenses and tourist tax. The house has no exterior but is located in a quiet alley on the GR route.

⚠️ It is not allowed to book it for someone else, bookings are nominative. Enjoy a stay in this loft studio located on the top floor overlooking the Nantes to Brest canal. Beautifully renovated 18th century farm building - the large arched doorway originally used for all the farm carts and machinery now lets light flood in to the double-height living room. Tucked away with private dining terrasse and garden but with easy access to shared heated pool and extensive grounds.

The accommodation is located in a mill dating from the 18th century in central Brittany at the crossroads between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Brieuc and Brest. It is close to Lake Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes to Brest Canal. On the border between Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan, its central position will allow you to visit many must-see sites in Brittany.
