Beautiful villa renovated with care much more beautiful than in the photos), very friendly, very functional, impeccably clean and comfortable. And massive house. A very quiet and relaxing place close to all amenities. Exceptional quality welcome. Delicious desserts, Sadia is absolutely lovely, available and knows how to be discreet. And Saeed is very professional, responsive and helpful. The only problem was the language barrier and it wasn't a big deal as we were using Google Translate. Many thanks and appreciated to Abdelfatah for allowing us to have a great stay and for your remarkable responsiveness! We highly recommend this villa and plan to come back on vacation very soon with more family and friends🥰

Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 mins walk to the Medina. Ryslaine was really helpful and responsive to all queries. Would recommend (family of 4 with 2 teenagers).

Our stay here was the cornerstone of a great experience in Marrakech. The home is gorgeous and super functional. The many bedrooms and their separate openings onto gardens/terraces ensure lovely private spaces. The communal space upstairs is just a dream for group living/playing/chilling - so open and inviting, with glorious natural light. We made ample and joyful use of the pool area (beautiful and inviting at all times of day/evening), of the central dining table (meals, puzzles, travel planning sessions!), of the plush sitting area (games! conversations!) and of both the kitchenette upstairs and main kitchen downstairs (communal cooking!) Easy access to Medina (we rented a van), lovely respite from the bustle of the Medina. Ghita and Mehdi were extra lovely and helpful, a pleasure to connect with. The house staff were wonderful plus make yummy tea! Our stay here was fantastic and restorative. I only wish we had time to experience the home theater - guess we'll have to come back!

We spent a beautiful week with the family in the villa. The house is very spacious, with nice decor and comfortable furniture. The large kitchen was equipped with all the utensils one could need. We also hired a cook via Zenkeys for a few days, who prepared our favorite Moroccan dishes with care and kindness. Thank you very much to her! The pool 🏊‍♂️ was greatly appreciated, and the sports area upstairs also served🏃. The location allows easy access to the city center, train station and airport - and we easily found grocery stores and a food market near the villa. Thanks to the whole Zenkeys team for hosting and responsiveness! We're happy to go back!

We had an amazing time at Hamza's villa! My whole family and I were delighted by this beautiful place. The villa is located in a very secure and quiet area, which allowed us to fully relax. The on-site staff were exceptional: always attentive to us and available for anything we needed. We loved the experience so much that we are already planning to return this summer. I would recommend this place 100%!

Jean-Pierre's villa is in a lot of perfect points, very beautiful decor, very clean. Small downside a little out of the way so you have to take a taxi to get around and the noise of planes a little inconvenient.

Amazing stay made even better by Zak and the team. Excellent location if you have a car or don't mind taking taxis. Rooms were amazing and private with ensuites, air cons and amenities in each room. The exterior was peaceful and relaxing. Overall, definitely recommend and would come back!

This small villa with a pool in a private residence is a haven of peace!! The villa is tastefully decorated and the sheltered terrace overlooking the pool sets the tone for the peacefulness of the place!! Youssef is safe place to welcome you and to help you if you have any problems!! So to summarize, don't rent this villa too much because I'll want it year-round just for me!! 😁😁 Quality rental!! 😍😍

The best Airbnb we have stayed at! The villa was even better in person, it was stunning. Hamza and Fatima were incredible at making sure we had what we need and made amazing food. Ahmed the driver kept a group of us 7 girls very safe and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Afifa and Jean-Claude who were great at communicating with us before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to all!

Yassine is an available and very responsive host Great hosting and the property is even better than the photos. We were able to spend an unforgettable stay with the meals prepared by a fine kitchen and the cleanliness and cleaning is worthy of a 5 star hotel. Thank you again Yassine and see you soon

We enjoyed an amazing stay at Marie-Therese’s home. We really enjoyed every aspect of the villa, surroundings, and most importantly the great welcome by Zaira the in house host. The villa is very charming and very well maintained. The photos don’t do it justice - the home is cozy and beautiful. If you fancy being on a Golf course you can’t get any better. Zaira will take really good care of you and she is a magnificent cook. We hope to be back again.

The Riad is all it promises to be on the pictures. Truly beautiful and peaceful Julie and Ayoub are very kind and helpful with everything. It's the first time I have not even one complaint about a location I stayed at. Everything was perfect. Eveything was perfect and should I be in Marrakech again I would try to rebook it.

Hicham is a very nice, helpful and responsive host... The house is true to the photos. The outside is beautiful with a beautiful pool perfect for the kids. The interior is also very beautiful and the kitchen includes all the essentials for the stay. I recommend!

Wonderful house with nice cozy pool. Very well decorated and maintained property. Jalila is a great host and cook. We enjoyed breakfast and also had dinner one day. Had a great welcome tea and sweets. Jamila’s daughter helped out a lot with communication since Jalila doesn’t speak great English but is extremely helpful with planning our day, tours, catching taxis and all recommending average price for everything. The listing address does not match actual address and looks like they are working on it. Also washer dryer use is for a small fee and Not included. Overall we really enjoyed the property and highly recommend it.

The villa was absolutely beautiful! The staff were amazing and attentive. The food was also delicious however we would have preferred different options at breakfast as it was quite repetitive. For example, it would have been great to have some fruit and more savoury options. Also, on the last day we were not given any coffee pods to use with the Nespresso machine so couldn’t make any coffee which was disappointing. In addition, we paid 50 Euros per day to heat the pool however it felt cold and the temperature of the water didn’t feel suitable for children. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. There are just a few points to improve.

Khalil also provides local breakfast and food for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the stay very much although we could not use the swimming pool and Sauna like we wanted as we were goind around Marrakesh most days.

It was a family of 10 people including 4 young children that we enjoyed our week-long vacation. The Villa, fully compliant with the description, is very spacious, comfortable and functional. Its exterior, a pretty shaded garden with shimmering colors of the many giant Bougainvillea allows you to enjoy the swimming pool and garden furniture, without any vis-à-vis. In a 10-minute walk, shops or taxis are easily accessible, We had opted for the breakfast preparation option + dinners by Fatiha who was able to delight the taste buds of all with Moroccan specialties, her Couscous is just exceptional!!! Brahim - very available and discreet - perfectly manages the stewardship and makes himself ready to be of service. Although we did not have the pleasure of getting to know her during our stay, Leïla is a charming host, very responsive, accommodating and very attentive. In short, we had an exceptional week 🤩😍

I want to thank the owners for this rental which allowed a perfect welcome for our group of 7. This home is located on the northwestern outskirts of the city center. Located 15 minutes by car from the center of Marrakech, it allows you to relax after a long day walking the streets of the city center, it is also possible to relax at the nearby hammam spa for a rate of 40 th including massage and hammam, the host remains very responsive to your requests and flexibility on arrival and departure time. I highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing getaway on the outskirts of the city.

Upon booking the villa we were sent a nice msg by Aurana with some information regarding check in and how to find the place. On arrival we were greeted by the friendly Bouchera who had prepared us some snacks and tea, Bouchera is the private chef who will cook whatever meals you wish, she is very friendly and helped us so much regarding how to get taxis and shopping etc as we had never visited Morocco before. They villa is in a quiet, private location which feels very peaceful and secure. It is a short 10min cab ride from the airport, and another 10mins cab ride to the old town/malls. I would say the villa is exactly like the photos, if not better. The villa is ideal for families, especially with children, as the pool is beautiful and heated all day. Overall I'd rate our stay a 9/10, right from the responsive host Aurana, and the very helpful Bouchera, we will be coming back to stay again.

An amazing place in a great neighbourhood , the place is beautiful , big rooms , plenty of space , everything what do you need to fell like you’re at home . Great host , always on time and answer within a minute . I really really recommend the place for everyone who want to fell like home .

Impeccable, clean, pleasant villa, it feels like home as soon as we arrive. The rooms the beds are perfect. The place is quiet and secure. You can park easily. the kids loved the pool!! the pool is not overlooked, it is cleaned by a gentleman. I really have nothing to complain about, go there and enjoy your stay quietly. Amina is available and responsive she immediately gives the instructions upon arrival. Autumn check-in and checkout is the best!! we'll be back without any problem. Thank you Amina for your trust 🥰
