Apartment holiday rentals in Gueliz, Marrakesh

A superb and ideally located accommodation in Gueliz. Restaurants and bakeries for breakfast or dinner are nearby. Access is very secure and next to the American school, which brings even more Serenity. A downside on the front door, managed by access code, very sensitive that wastes time to enter the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Please note, there are works taking place that disrupt the calm from 7 a.m. on weekends as well. Everything else was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this appartement. Ayoub is very friendly and always answers very fast. The apartment was extremely clean and the location is amazing, you are everywhere in less than 5 minutes. I would definitely book this again next time. Many thanks! 🙏

The house was clean and as shown on the pictures, located in the center and a very calm area, the host was friendly and also the guard was very helpful

Everything was perfect. We were there for two nights and we loved it. The apartment has a perfect location and everything you need. Also the communication with Abdelilah and the Assistent was really good. I can absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone. We hopefully coming back again!

Incredible accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you enter after a long day of sightseeing or activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need it and recommend a very good address! I will return to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you're hesitating to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

Kenza's place was quite nice and central and located above a wonderful restaurant. It was also quiet which was appreciated.

Charming apartment with its beautiful view of the residential central pool. Quiet and pleasant accommodation/neighbourhood, despite the fact that a vehicle is necessary for all amenities and activities, 2 km from the first services such as restaurants, supermarkets... Equipment that deserves a good complement but the minimum necessary is present, permanent caretaker, perfect security of the residence. Lovely housekeeper, extremely kind and accommodating host despite a scare on our arrival at the airport because he couldn't be reached but largely excused by his kindness.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh this is the perfect place. It is close to all the popular destinations despite being in a residential area. The apartment was beautiful from the decorations to the vibe and it was really clean. Hasna was amazing with the whole process and really kind and helpful in any situation we needed help in. The apartment is well located and secure, the neighborhood is quiet, lots of restaurants nearby and beauty salon and 3 minutes from Place Carré Eden de Guéliz. The interior of the apartment is sumptuously decorated and the bedding super comfortable Amine was an amazing host, kind, flexible, helpful, attentive and made us feel comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and again we are very satisfied with the ideal location that allows you to go to the centre in 5 minutes, and we particularly appreciated the availability and hospitality of the caretakers. The apartment is very well maintained and clean! Our daughters were able to enjoy the pool every day. And above all the building is quiet, we were not disturbed by nuisances! We plan to come back a third time, inchAllah 😉

She was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire holiday. During our stay, we encountered a minor plumbing issue, which she resolved promptly and efficiently. As a kind gesture, she even offered us some delicious, authentic Moroccan treats to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, she went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

The apartment was very clean and nice. Well furnished. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom and a large balcony. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. It was really very pleasant: The kitchen on this terrace, the comfortable sofas... it's a real plus! And the jacuzzi to cool off, a real blessing!! We had breakfast and a few meals there, because the place really lends itself to it and in terms of utensils, nothing is missing 😊 There are good quality restaurants in the neighbourhood. We only travelled on foot, even to reach the medina. It's not too far away. Majorelle Gardens are located just opposite the apartment. We can only highly recommend the visit: it is a real haven of peace!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for everything 🙏

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

The apartment is well located, well designed and well-equipped. The basement parking space and small outdoor courtyard are a real plus. The A/C and bedding are of good quality. Fahd and her team are kind and responsive hosts. Thanks to Lahcen for her warm welcome! Apart from the musical bar whose music is heard from 11pm to 1am, the apartment is very quiet. It is located close to a wooded park at the bottom of a cul-de-sac: no inconvenience related to car traffic, which is a major asset for an apartment located in the hyper center of Marrakech. Mixed experience with the hot tub: We appreciated the hot water temperature and easy to adjust, as well as the location of the hot tub in a veranda accessible from the inside and also from the courtyard. On the other hand, the jets were not strong enough (no hydro massaging effect) and the water smelled strong. Overall it was a pleasant, convenient and relaxing stay.
