The accommodation is located in a central place and surrounded by restaurants and leisure areas (locals, bars…), as well as having easy access. The owner is quick to respond and we did not have a problem arriving. The apartment has surveillance (a doorman). Has all the amenities!

Jerem was very friendly and helpful, always responded and gave helpful advice and even picked us up from the airport. The apartment was very nice and clean and looked just like the photos. It was in a great neighborhood and easy to get around the city from the apartment. I highly recommend!

I recommend the apartment and which the owner is always responsive is very helpful. I was able to access the accommodation before the scheduled time, it made me happy that it was accommodating. The apartment is very clean and well located you are in the center of gueliz 2 minutes walk. Close to everyone . I recommend this apartment.

Photos don't do justice! Beautiful accommodation, a few minutes from the main square, but at the same time, given the strategic location, an oasis of peace. As you enter the street to the house, you begin to perceive the silence compared to the characteristic chaos of the surrounding souks. We stayed as 4 people (two couples) and we were all very impressed. A big thank you also goes to Najat, who was very caring (while we were in the desert there was a storm and when we returned, she had already taken care of bringing us the clothesline to the ward). We let ourselves be pampered in the morning by its abundant breakfasts. Absolutely clean place. Possibility of early check-in (in our case at 11 am), and late check-out (in our case at 6 pm, with the possibility of also using bathrooms/showers) at no additional cost. We will definitely recommend it to other people! Many thanks again to both Mouhssine and Najat!

The key to the Medina is a beautiful riad, a few steps from the Medina and Jamaa el Fna square but in an alley sheltered from the noise. The property is beautiful, the pool a little gem. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent breakfast and great availability from the host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our stay at Riad Modjakech was simply unforgettable. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Marco, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. The riad is a real gem, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comfort. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere that emerges invites you to relax. Everything was impeccably clean (thanks also to the vacuum cleaner king ;-) The location is ideal: a quiet alley, just a few minutes from the bustle of the medina. After our days of discovery, we liked to relax on the terrace and in the pool. A huge thank you to Mohamed and Fatima, who were simply exceptional. Mohamed was able to advise us correctly on the activities, and Fatima… what a cook! Its tajine is not to be missed. We'll be back for sure

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

What a gem of a place! The riad was everything and more! Highly recommend eating in at least one night! The meal prepared was delicious and allowed us more time to relax in the riad! Such a sanctuary of a place!

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Fatima & Momo are really great ! They are very helpful & very responsive! Nothing it’s a problem for them ! Flat is quite! I must say there is very comfortable bed and nice bathroom! Internet works well. For sure I will come back to this place !

This was my 2nd time staying here. The location is really good, away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to walk. There is a supermarket around the corner & the apartment building is in a quiet area. The apartment is well maintained & had everything we needed. The outdoor seating areas are comfortable & the rooftop pool area was also quiet. We slept well on the sofa bed which was comfortable & there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I will definitely stay here again when travelling to Marrakech

We loved the location close to a lot of attractions

It’s a sanctuary in the best neighborhood in Marrackech. Facing the Yves saint laurent museum Wich is a very nice street good shops coffees spa … but also very easy to go to the Medina etc I could hear the birds from the balcony it was like a little dream and the place is really big …. The pictures doesn’t show how big it is…. It’s very modern open kitchen nice sofa to chill in the living room the beddings are very good quality. The host is very very helpful. I really recommend this place if you want to have a very comfy refuge to come back to after all your outdoors experiences 🙏🏽 Thank you Badr for making it happy for us ✨

Everything was perfect, the apartment is really well furnished and very clean, just like in the pictures, the location is central, many restaurants, cafes and kiosks are directly down the street, you don't need a car. The host Mr. Talal is very nice and friendly and if anything was missing, he immediately responded and was concerned. We will fly there again and will rent this accommodation. We 100% recommend it.

Great spot for the apartment with M Avenue right round the corner, and a 10 minutes taxi into the main square. We loved the roof top which was such a great space, very private and great views. Apartment very clean and well stocked with everything needed.
