Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gueliz, Marrakesh

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Très belle location, totalement conforme aux photos, même mieux car de superbes bougainvilliers ont maintenant poussé autour de la piscine. Intérieur vaste, belle cuisine bien équipée (pas de lave-vaisselle), 2 belles chambres avec chacune sa SDB. Piscine agréable et bien entretenue deux points un peu négatifs : quand les avions décollent vers la maison cela engendre quelques nuisances sonores mais aucun avion la nuit donc pas extrêmement gênant. Par contre nous avons un souci plusieurs nuits avec des aboiements de chien assez gênants

We had the loveliest stay at Riad Liana, located in the heart of the souk and old medina. Abdel was super helpful and Rachida made us delicious breakfast every morning. The roof terrace was a great spot and the plunge pool was an excellent addition. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Cristina & Paolo’s Ryad was absolutely wonderful. After traveling around the country for multiple weeks - this tucked away oasis was exactly what my friends and I needed. The staff were wonderful and we hope to return soon. If you’re looking for a lovely stay with wonderful people, this is the place to look for.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Fatiha. Les photos correspondent parfaitement. Fatiha est très réactive dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons pu bénéficier des services de la cuisinière et du transport et ce fut un vrai plus. Merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Logement très agréable dans un endroit paisible. Susan a été très réactive, d'une grande aide et de bons conseils lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Najat est charmante, elle a rendu notre séjour agréable. Elle a contacté les taxis dont nous avions besoin, nous a préparé de bons petits déjeuners ainsi qu'un très bon couscous . Najat nous a également sauvé la mise alors que nous avions oublié un sac dans le logement au moment de prendre l'avion. Bref merci Najat et Susan pour ce séjour très agréable à Marrakech.

Le Riad est très bien situé dans la médina, beaucoup de visites sont accessibles à pied. Il est confortable et adapté pour nous 5, avec des espaces dédiés à chacun. Nous avons pu profiter des bons petits plats préparés par Hanan, petits déjeuners et repas du soir que nous avions commandés. Fabien a été réactif, disponible et a l’écoute pendant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons !

Nice place not too far from the city center, about a 10 min taxi ride. Multiple pools that you can utilize and a huge golf course. It has a walking path with is a few km long around the area which is lovely to walk around. A downside is that it is right by the airport so you hear planes take off and land often. Another downside is the small bed. It is roughly a 120cm wide bed which is very snug for two normal sized people. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely patio. Faisal was very accommodating and helpful.

Tarik was a brilliant host! He blocked the day before so we could have an early check-in! We had two kids so this helped immensely as we arrived in Marrakech early morning. He also provided a brand new cot for our six month old baby. He went above and beyond. Location wise, plenty of shops outside the building for food/groceries/coffee etc. We had to get a taxi to the main square/medina. It is manageable walking around 20mins to Majorelle / 40mins to the main hub. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our stay great.

Une hote parfaite, un logement incroyable , avec un jardin super agréable et piscine à proximité ttes calme. Logement que je recommande vraiment avec tt le confort nécessaire.

I stayed for three nights with my family and we had a great experience. Shawn is very friendly and responds quickly. The house matches the description perfectly. The area is calm and safe, and the view of the pool in the early morning or at night is absolutely stunning! I recommend it 100%

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement au cœur de Marrakech ! L’appartement est magnifique, en vrai il est mieux que sur les photos, très spacieiux, très propre, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Sa situation à 2 pas du M Avenue est vraiment très pratique : on peut sortir facilement, tout est à portée de main sans avoir à sortir en voiture, Un vrai plus quand on est avec des enfants. Houda et Kamel sont des hôtes formidables, chaleureux et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

L’appartement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement situé, proche de tout. L’hôte a été extrêmement disponible, réactif et à l’écoute tout au long du séjour. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, tout était au top !

Que dire, tout est top: l hote , sa reactivité, sa disponibilité, la residence, la propreté , la déco , la qualité de la literie, la terrase etc... Je reviendrais ;-)

L'appartement de Fleurs correspond parfaitement à la description. Situé dans un immeuble neuf de haut standing et d'une propreté impeccable, il ne nous a réservé aucune mauvaise surprise. L'accueil d'Olivier a été chaleureux, et le gardien de l'immeuble s'est montré très sympathique et souriant. Son emplacement est idéal, dans le quartier de Guéliz et à une trentaine de minutes à pied de la Médina et 15 minutes des magnifiques Jardins de Majorelle. La belle terrasse et la piscine sont un véritable atout, ce qui me pousse à recommander vivement cet appartement. Le seul petit bémol concerne les deux canapés du séjour, qui ne sont pas idéalement adaptés pour des adultes. En revanche, la literie de la chambre est neuve et très confortable.
