Nestled within organic farming and framed in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. 40 minutes from the beach (Costa Tropical). It is a single room, except the bathroom which is attached on one side and the small kitchen that was stuck outside the cabin. The WC is also on the outside This cozy cottage is made with green building techniques and materials (straw bale, timber and lime mortar), and that is something it is like to live there. We are 500 meters from Monachil, a charming little town near Granada (10 minutes) and has many amenities: restaurants, tapas bars, active tourism companies (horseback riding, mountain bike trails, hiking walking, skiing, paragliding ...), also has a frequent bus service to take you to the center of Granada.

It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heating with a wood stove. Natural pool with cool spring water.

David's Cave

Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all the amenities, in a B.I.C. (Cultural Interest Asset) environment 15 minutes from the center of Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
