We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

Kitchen and gas oven, microwave and toaster. Refridge and washing machine. The house is old, renovated in the 90s. I am happy to accept suggestions for improvement and incorporate them.
