Monthly Rentals in Gubavica

We had a truly special stay with Sead and Alvina! Their cozy studio apartment sits on a beautiful permaculture farm, nestled in a valley along a peaceful river. From one side, you can see expansive views of the valley and distant mountains; from the other, the foothills rise gently behind the home. One of the highlights was the river walk just in front of their home—a quiet, winding path that leads to the river’s source, an underground spring emerging from beneath the mountain. The water feels ancient and alive. We left dreaming of tending our own land one day—and I imagine others will leave feeling just as inspired.

Staying at Boris's place was a wonderful experience, one that we wont forget. The house and the mini house were very cosy and felt just like home. The place is right on the lake which adds a huge benefit, and the area is quiet and peaceful, we even saw stars at night. Everything was great, there was even a fireplace inside which added to the cosy vibe. If you like animals then you will love it since you will be greeted by the friendliest cats and lovely neighborhood dog. We loved it, 100% would reccomend. The place has a pool but since it was winter obviously it wasnt working but that doesnt matter since everything else was perfect. Thank you Boris!

Klara was a lovely host, she was responsive and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The villa was clean, tidy and had big windows which let in ample natural light and showcased the amazing surrounding views. The pool was super fun and had some inflatables. Klara left some watermelon for us which was a sweet touch. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
