Holiday rentals with a pool in Guayaquil

Absolutely recommendable! The house is inside a private urbanization and the security measures when entering the compound are demanding. Which gives you tranquility and feeling that you are in a very protected environment, which is appreciated in Guayaquil. The house has all the amenities it offers and can be a fantastic option for people who go with family. Boys have back patio to play, they can go out and explore, there is a pool and a PS! What more could you ask for! Jaime, on the other hand, was always attentive to our needs, responds in a timely manner and is very patient. I would definitely stay here again with today security!

William always responded quickly. We were able to check in without problems with the reception of Martha and her husband who are in charge of receiving the guests. Both super friendly, respectful and attentive. The place is in an excellent and safe area within the city with everything at your fingertips. A very nice place to walk. The accommodation was in good condition, with all its amenities. We would definitely stay in this place again, which is highly recommended! Finally, Martha and her husband gave us a super late check-out, which was very considerate of them, and we even took half an hour longer than expected and they waited for us without any problems. Xavier’s place is a very good spot to stay! It’s located in a safe and convenient area, with a mall literally right across the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding neighborhood. Xavier was also very attentive and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The only thing I’d improve would be the toiletries in the bathroom, but overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️

The place is as described, it's comfortable! Good place, close to everything, safe and private area. Yamil was attentive and helped with all my concerns. I would definitely come back.
