My stay in this depa was just excellent. From the moment I arrived the check-in was without any complication as well it was for the entrance to the social area, the atmosphere and space of the apartment was well cared for with all the amenities that could be needed for a quiet and very private stay, for the location and atmosphere I can say it was a 10/10 experience.

The apartment is A1. The decor is top-notch. The view is wide and you can see the river. Very large. Both the dining room and the two bedrooms, each with its built-in bathroom. The A/C is strong. I didn't feel warm at any time. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Nothing was missing. The reception of the building is a 5 star hotel. And the staff is always willing to help. Not a single but. Nothing to improve. And Monica, she helped me with everything I needed. I would respond right away. Impeccable. They even helped me with my bags. Thank you Jeremías. I definitely come here every time I return to Guayaquil. Thank you Monica!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Perfect stay!* Our experience at this home was excellent. Communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made the process very simple. The place is as described: 2 story property, clean, spacious, comfortable and in a safe area, ideal for relaxing with total tranquility. It is very easy access, it is entering from an avenue ... in the surroundings there are pharmacies, varied food restaurants, coffee shops and a few kilometers away a shopping center "El Dorado" where there is everything. Parking for sure, there is even a small creek in front of the house where there are several trees, at sunrise and at sunset you can hear the triune of the birds ... something super relaxing for those who enjoy nature. In fact, we felt so good that we added 4 more nights to our stay that was originally 5 nights. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended! 😊🏡✨

We loved the stay. The location is perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. Communication was excellent, in general we loved the apartment. We recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well located place.

Had an amazing stay at the River front, all rooms had stunning views. Excellent restaurants in the area and a lot more to do around. Definitely will be coming back!

Really the support provided by Doménica was excellent. There were certain changes that came out of their hands, but they handled it with so much professionalism that I didn't feel it. Thank you so much, we had a great time and I recommend them 100%. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and super good location.
