Beautiful place

Excellent location, safe place to stay !

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

A very peaceful place, safe and with a peaceful vibe. Close to any shopping mall and very easy to reach. It has all the services and we also found everything clean and organized. The host was always friendly and very short to the messages. Definitely a great choice to return when we visit Guayaquil. :D

The apartment is A1. The decor is top-notch. The view is wide and you can see the river. Very large. Both the dining room and the two bedrooms, each with its built-in bathroom. The A/C is strong. I didn't feel warm at any time. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Nothing was missing. The reception of the building is a 5 star hotel. And the staff is always willing to help. Not a single but. Nothing to improve. And Monica, she helped me with everything I needed. I would respond right away. Impeccable. They even helped me with my bags. Thank you Jeremías. I definitely come here every time I return to Guayaquil. Thank you Monica!!

The place is as in the photos: tidy, clean and with sufficient utensils. Very close to the metro, ideal for getting around. The owners were very friendly and helpful, always attentive to any need. Also, if you need transportation, you can coordinate with them. We were able to rest very well. Recommended!
