Annual Festival Cervantino in October with performers from across the world. In the center of Guanajuato within minutes of the Mercado Hidalgo, Alhondiga, Jardin Union, Teatro Juarez; 4 blocks from 'Callejon del Beso' above Plaza de los Angeles, and accessible by car in the Zona Centro.

The centre is 10 to 15 minutes away, either by walking down the alleyways or by taking the funicular from El Pípila, which is 400 metres from the house (a 5-minute walk).
