Beautiful, modern, super clean apartment with fine finishes. In the flat part of Guanajuato, no stairs! Access to two terraces, with panoramic views of the city and mountains. Quiet enough, but a 10-minute walk to Jardín de la Unión. All amenities within a 1-2 minute walk. Beautiful, modern downtown studio apartment. Two terraces. Great views. Quiet. 1-2 minutes to market, bakery, etc. Located in the flat part of Guanajuato, ~10 min to Jardín de la Unión. No stairs!!!

This small apartment is located in the middle of a steep climb of several steps with two entrances, one near the Pipila and the other to the center.
