Great Centro Location, Style & Magnificent Views

Magnificent views & location. Directly above the Parque Juarez and down from the Mirador lookout. Just a few blocks away from the main square. Our home is set behind and above another property, allowing for a tranquil and private setting, while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the center of San Miguel, its churches and the distant countryside. The four levels of this property allow for a clear definition of the space, yet terraced into one another, creating a feeling of amplitude while benefiting from lush greenery from the surrounding trees and walls covered with vines. Multiple terraces and fountains set the tone for a relaxing atmosphere in the clean bright interiors that are reminiscent of the Mediterranean. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with whole house water purification system, as well as a balcony and the guest bedroom with en suite bath. Below there is a private garden with a studio providing the perfect atmosphere for artistic creation. The master bedroom, located upstairs, is amazing and is wide and open. The centrally located king size bed faces the view, french doors and balcony. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and skylight above. Just off of the bedroom is an en-suite office providing internet and wifi throughout the house and overlooking the XVII Century Chapel of the Holy Cross of Chorro, the second most historical setting of San Miguel de Allende. Directly above the master bedroom you will find the most awe-inspiring view of San Miguel from the sunning terrace or the comfort of a large shaded terrace. Enjoy a sunset cocktail or espresso from the rooftop bar as you relax and take in the view. I will work with you on all the details prior to your arrival. Once in San Miguel, our house manager, Jose, is in town and available. Esmeralda, our housekeeper, will be by 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, typically around 9 am.

Perfectly located in the center of Guanajuato on historic and colorful Tecolote, a tranquil PEDESTRIAN street only a few minutes walk uphill from plentiful restaurants, bars, theaters and activities. This apartment offers incredible VIEWS, beautiful old world charm and modern conveniences. The balcony is right off a comfortable living/dining/kitchen area, a great space to hang out and relax. The separate bedroom has 2 closets and a bed comfortable enough to ensure you a fabulous nights rest.

This beautiful room it's ideal for 1 or 2 people. It has a kingsize bed, tv, wifi, frigobar and the bathroom, jus outside the room it has a big terrace with a great view of the city. It is located in down town, just 5 to 15 minutes walks from every interest point in downtow, like "Callejón del Beso", "Teatro Juárez" and "Alhóndiga de Granaditas". Besides, you could enjoy our garden, that it is very rare to have one in down town, just perfect to rest, enjoy the nature and have a great time.

Restored in a colonial style, the apartment enjoys the sound of troubadours echoing up the callejón (Alley) in the evenings. * One block up from Calle Alonso, a street of restaurants and bars; another block and you're the Plaza de la Paz. Built in the 1700's, this apartment with its 3' thick stone and adobe walls puts you right in the middle of the Guanajuato experience.

This little house is full of light and shines for its comfiness. It has a great location in the historic center, on the plaza Embajadoras. The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. Con cama king size y un hermoso balcón con vista panorámica. La casa se encuentra en medio de un jardín frondoso que permite la privacidad en todo momento. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.
