Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The Carinthian-style house is quietly located on a hill with a dream view over the lake (5 minutes away by car) and the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. There are 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated with underfloor heating and solar air system.

Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Our house is perfect for families and friends who are traveling together and want to enjoy nature. Our accommodation has multiple balconies where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The Millstätter Lake is just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to swim and sunbathe. The accommodation is fully equipped and includes towels, bedding, dishes, and a hairdryer.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.
