A smaller river to fish in is a couple of hundred meters. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to simpler outdoor gym, wood sauna, two nice bikes to borrow.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage and a hot shower. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
