Charming accommodation with garden in the Isar Valley

Location: Our house is quiet and green, in the middle of the beautiful Isartal. Nature lovers, cyclists and hikers get their money's worth here. The Isar is only a walk away, Munich can be reached in 25-40 minutes, depending on the location. The S-Bahn 7 (every 20 minutes Hauptbahnhof- Wolfratshausen) is about 1100 m away on foot in about 15 minutes. ❗️A washing machine is available, but it is not freely accessible. You are welcome to leave your laundry with us in specially provided laundry bags; we will personally take care of it and return it to you either washed (for you to hang up yourself) or washed and dried. Upon request, we can provide you with a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron. For each wash or drying cycle, including detergent, we kindly ask for a small contribution of two euros per load.❗️ Shopping facilities: For shopping there are two larger shopping centres, AEZ 2,4 km, Edeka and two discounter Lidl 3km and an Aldi 2,4km. A beautiful farm with fresh milk, cheese, sausage and eggs can be reached in 20 minutes walk; a vending machine there is open daily, even on weekends from 8 am to 8 pm. Every Wednesday there is a wonderful weekly market 1.3 km away in the town centre; there is also a bakery with a small café and a kiosk with a post office. We ask for strict compliance with the smoking ban. In the outdoor area this is of course allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

House only for Oktoberfest

The house is only available for Oktoberfest. It will then be rented out again and is therefore NOT fully furnished. Please refer to the photos or ask. You have the ground floor and the first floor exclusively to yourselves. The top floor and the basement are empty. 4 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 toilets/bathrooms, kitchen. Private, quiet garden with a covered loggia and a south-facing terrace. Quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. Bus stops right outside. S-Bahn train is a 6-minute walk or bus ride away. 15 minutes directly to Marienplatz and 30 minutes to Oktoberfest.

It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
