On the 2nd floor of our traditional Allgäu farmhouse is the newly modernized apartment with 80 square meters for 2-4 people. In the large living room there is a sofa with pull-out function, smart TV and dining area. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is adjacent. In the spacious bedroom you will find a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) - the natural stone bathroom leaves nothing to be desired with a large shower and bidet. A large garden awaits with sun loungers, a seating area and a grill and is shared with another apartment.

This unique place, a former weaver's house from 1791, has a style all its own. It was expanded and prepared with a lot of love for the house and for the guests. A large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom & gallery. It is located in the heart of Aitrach in the Württemberg Allgäu. Close to Lake Constance 80 km, Munich 120 km, Füssen 80 km, Obersdorf 80 km, Allgäu Airport Memmingen 17 km, A96, A7, directly on the Illerradweg Ulm-Obersdorf, skiing, hiking, cycling, Allgäu Alps...

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

“Fidels Stube” in Westallgäu

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Herbal oasis

Old farmhouse from 1850 newly renovated! If you love nature, wild herbs and animals, this is the place to be. Without a car, you can walk here to the Eistobel or hike to the Kugel with a view of the Swiss mountains. In winter, you can walk to our small Iberglift and the cross-country ski trail. Unfortunately, we have not been in a snow-safe region for a few years. I must point out that a tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day is due from the age of 16.

The apartment is located in a house over 110 years old in the heart of the Allgäu. Large garden with a hot tub. In the garden, there is a barn with a party room and an infrared sauna. There is a restaurant right across the street. In total, there are 3 vacation apartments in the building, and up to 13 guests can be accommodated. In summer, go hiking or swimming in Lake Constance, and in winter, go skiing.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Servus im Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a lot of love, we have transformed a former alpine hut into a small refuge for - up to 4 adults and - Up to 4 children created. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion were processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed here and leave everyday life behind you.

The apartment is located on our farm. Therefore, it could be that you occasionally become acquainted with "Allgäu scents" and tractor noises ;-) Our accommodation offers a double bed (180-200) and a sofa bed (140-200). Ideal for 3-4 people. In about 15 minutes' walk you will find the famous "Eistobel" or by car, for example, Lake Constance, Alpsee Bergwelt, Skywalk are easily accessible.
