The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Un séjour ressourcement en bord de mer, accessible en train (1h de Nantes) et sans nécessité de voiture sur place, pour encore mieux déconnecter… Nous vous accueillons au rez de chaussée d'une demeure de caractère du 17ème siècle, située à 10mn à pied de tout : l'océan, les marchés, les commerces, les restaurants et terrasses… Pierres, bois, matières naturelles et couleurs choisies vous accompagneront pour un décor cocooning à souhait.

Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Thanks to the sound insulation, it allows you to benefit from all the advantages of city life without the disadvantages.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m² house, classified as a '3⭐️ tourist accommodation', is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village on the outskirts of La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Over 600 m2 of garden. 15 min walk to Couarde market and 5 min by bike.
