In this place your family can live close to everything, the location is central. 200-300 m to ski slopes (Nordmarka). 350 m to the swimming area with diving tower. Great hiking terrain for both walking and cycling, etc. It is about 10 min by car from the train station (Grua). It takes about 1 hour by car from Oslo, and about 1/2 hour by car from Gardermoen. You can go to Oslo on foot/ski through Nordmarka in both summer and winter. (Located about a 5-minute drive from Mylla, which I know many people take the ski bus to in winter.) From shed to cabin at the top of the Nordmark map

Cabin on one floor at Lunner, Hadeland. Converted from an old carriage house, on a pleasant courtyard. Parking on the plot. Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes to Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla) - Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with combustion toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

The result is Tyven — an 80 sqm boutique cabin with a large window overlooking Mjøsa — Norway's largest lake — from the kitchen. Featured in National Geographic Traveller. Private jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, and peace and privacy in Mjøsli's natural surroundings. Kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor — living room and two bedrooms in the basement. Well thought out down to the last detail, 30 minutes from Gardermoen.

There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! Sunny Harebu in hiking/skiing paradise

IMPORTANT 1: This is an OFF GRID CABIN. It is not possible to drive all the way to the cabin. From the parking spot it is a 900 meter walk (75 meters elevation) to the cabin. IMPORTANT 2: You need to bring bed sheet and linen or sleeping bag. IMPORTANT 3: There is only 12V electricity in the cabin for charging of phones etc. Beautiful Harebu is situated only 45 min. from the capital Oslo. Her you will find the cross country trails nearby and it is 0 meters to peace and calm.

The WonderINN Mirrored Glass Cabin

Farmhouse for rent

Experience farm life up close. At Kalvsjø farm you can meet horses and go into the rabbits before having breakfast. From the kitchen you have views out to deer and the small birds in the tree, does not get more idyllic than this. The farm is centrally located on Hadeland with a short distance to Gardermoen, Hadeland Glassverk and Oslo. Plenty of space to park right outside the door. Quiet surroundings and good bed make you hopefully sleep well while you are here.
