Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné in Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know to start with. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under the oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and arero jets

The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and SMART TV. Parking directly at the building. The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace.

The stylish and spacious De Luxe apartment (57 m2) with a capacity of up to 5 people is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and living room. For your convenience, you can use the garden, playground or hot tub right in the garden. Pets are free and welcome. We also offer the possibility of breakfast by arrangement. Parking right next to the property. When using other apartments, the capacity of the Rustic House guesthouse is up to 9 people.

Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The hot tub is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Here you can lock yourself in and work or walk in the woods and rocks, just think or meditate, or bake sausages with a view of the Luž mountain ;-) The apartment is an ideal place for quiet moments for individuals or romantic moments for couples, but also small children are very welcome. Walks to local rocks will be taken as a fighter :-) Nearby trip is plentiful for the week. The warmth from the fireplace and underfloor heating will make your stay cozy ;-)

Je tady sauna, vířivá vana se sprchou, záchod, plotýnka na občasné vaření, nádobí, ručníky, župany, prostěradla, ložní povlečení, káva, čaj, sůl SmartTV s Netflix, WIFI, Doufáme, že se Vám v domečku bude líbit, my to tady máme moc rádi. Stavěli jsme s láskou.
