10 minutes by car in the center. Nevertheless, peace & nature. The apartment in the converted basement of the single-family house is about 20 m ² and has: - Separate entrance entrance with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed - Small bathroom with shower, WC, sink. The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was not only sparkling clean, but also furnished with an incredible amount of attention to detail – really cozy, stylish and easy to feel good. Everything you need was there, including drinks, which we found to be particularly thoughtful. But what made our stay really special were Manuela, her husband and daughter – such warm, loving people, with whom you immediately feel welcome. You can just tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. We felt completely comfortable, were able to unwind wonderfully and enjoy the time. This accommodation is a real insider tip – we will definitely be happy to come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

I spent three beautiful days in Erfurt. The accommodation was perfect, as it was quiet and at the same time close to the city centre. A place was also quickly and easily found in the courtyard for my motorcycle. The room's furnishings were very nice, with selected and special furniture. If necessary, Lars and Grit helped with valuable and uncomplicated information. Family atmosphere and very friendly family. I can recommend it without reservation. The fact that the family has to get three children off to school in the morning during the week was openly communicated and was easy to bear. Really a nice stay.
