They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. HexenburgbeiDresden: cool and stylish barrel sauna

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The famous painter's path leads directly past. Ideal for trips to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
