This 40-square-metre holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2×2 metres, and it is very comfortable as a third bed. You can walk through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are provided free of charge.

We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

In the dining area, there is a complete kitchenette. The large garden and the Technical University are just around the corner. The city center is also within walking distance. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or long stay. And, you are all alone, with your own entrance.

Enjoy your time off at this peaceful and centrally-located private place. The apartment is located in the heart of Lübbenau's old town. Within walking distance of the central harbor, where boat rides, gastronomy, boat rentals and shopping await you. The modern, newly renovated apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. A shed offers space for your bikes. Four-legged friends are welcome. Tourist tax of €2 per person/night is due on site

Close to the city and lots of nature

The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Relax in this beautifully and quietly located apartment on Lake Senftenberg. In the surrounding area, you can switch off from everyday life with walks along the waterfront, an ice cream at the nearby city harbor or a visit to the historic castle garden. Lake Senftenberg offers a lot of activities in the vicinity and a good starting point for further excursions. Enjoy your stay and feel at home in your own temporary apartment.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

City center vacation rental

The vacation rental is located in the historic town center of Calau. It has just been newly renovated and boasts great views of the church and the city wall. The Spreewald city of Lübbenau is 15 km By the way: The whole apartment was sanitized after the outbreak of corona.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
