Wir haben uns viel Zeit genommen, für ein anspruchsvolles und stilvolles Ergebnis, damit ihr euch wie Zuhause fühlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Welcome to Apartment Birgit. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Live in Africa, sleep in Egypt. Breakfast in Mediterranean flair. (If desired) The accommodation has a separate entrance. Charging and Storage for e-bikes is available. In nice weather, it is possible to barbecue in the garden. Franconian wine country is ideal for bike tours. Our family dog (Golden Retriever) Isa is looking forward to nice guests.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

Ruhe & Entspannen, mit Blick zum Main & Fernsicht auf den Steigerwald...durch unsere großen Fensterfronten ist das Genuss! Auf dem großzügigen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne schmeckt das Frühstück richtig gut oder auch der fränkische Wein aus der Region zum Abendausklang! Mainstockheim liegt im Maindreieck zwischen Dettelbach und Kitzingen und direkt am Mainradweg im schönen fränkischen Weinland.
