In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. The ground floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approximately 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Farmhouse right on the North Sea - dogs welcome

A small private farmhouse with 17,500 square meters of land. More freedom is almost impossible. The house offers cozy rooms and has a wonderful terrace facing south. A private electric gate leads to the property. There are many corners and small huts to discover on the premises. If it gets cooler, you can comfortably light a basket fire in the garden or the stove in the living room.

Quiet holiday accommodation with a dog, Netflix and a garden

Pets are very welcome with me. Netflix is available on a TV. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

Ferienhof Ostarle Our holiday farm is located only 10 kilometers east of the North Sea coast in Neßmersiel. The large garden invites you to linger and offers enough space to play, relax or for welcome guest dogs. Bringing horses is also possible. Beautiful dirt roads lead through East Frisian nature, which is ideal for riding as well as cycling or hiking.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
