Our holiday apartment is a private unit within our Basecamp building, where we also live. Guests enjoy their own separate entrance. The apartment is cozy and well laid out: the bright living and dining room forms the central space, with a private bathroom right next to it, equipped with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes is available. The living area also features a desk for working and a Smart TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix, and an extra HDMI connection. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. Guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious garden – perfect for strolling, barbecues, or relaxing evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide ideas for hikes and mountain tours. On request, we can arrange a professional mountain guide or organize bus transfers to the starting points of various routes.

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm ground-floor apartment, just 200 m from the outdoor swimming pool. Parking on the premises. Everything you need for everyday life is available in the village. The apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain biking, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region, at any time of the year. There is a storage room, for example, for e-bikes or Skis are available. A baby cot and high chair for little guests are also provided.

Apartment is fully equipped. It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Our house is a family business and is located off the main road in a quiet residential area. We rent a total of 5 apartments with a balcony or terrace and beautiful views of the mountains. The second house, which also accommodates apartments with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, is connected to the main house via the large garden.
