Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm apartment just 200 meters from the outdoor pool. Parking on the premises. In the village, all the necessities of daily use are available. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a lockable storage room, for example, for e-bikes or skis. A baby crib and high chair for small guests is also available.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Sunny nest in Bad Reichenhall near Salzburg

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

A romantic studio in a small village in the immediate vicinity of Salzburg. The city is a 25-minute bus ride away from the city. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Apartment "Zwiesel" is one of three apartments on our estate 'Kollmannsbrunn' and is situated in the surroundings of the Berchtesgadener National Park, adjacent to the border with Austria, and provides views of the idyllic farmland at the foot of the Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Predigstuhl mountains. Footpaths and cycle ways lead directly from the house to the spa town of Bad Reichenhall (3 km), as well as nearby forests and the Austrian village of Grossgmain.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11 km): Dream apartment 6 people

You rent the entire second floor (90 sqm) plus a balcony (6sqm). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and captivates with modern or old art (originals). Most rooms have 60-year-old, revitalised parquet floors, including the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group) as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please take care of the parquet floors in the bathroom!: =)

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The apartment is fully equipped, It is on the 2nd floor, door on the left, with a wide staircase. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa gardens. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.
