MYSTAY 65m2 Stylish and Cosy 2-Room Apartment

Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim sub-district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee(lakes), the Müggelberge(hills) - surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport. It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 65 m² (maximum possible occupancy with a total booking of 4 people) with separate access. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove; oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed (180cm) and accessible cupboards, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV. WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer. Check-In is untill 21.00 (9pm). Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

120qm2 Penthouse/Dachgeschosswohnung+Sauna+Kamin

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
