Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. We look forward to seeing you!

Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. Via the highway AVUS you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Urban house for families and Berlin tourists

Single-family house in an urban location with a small, child-friendly garden for up to 7 guests who would like to live very well connected to Berlin and Potsdam. Direct S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The journey time with the S Bahn to the well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz is 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children are welcome guests. We are happy to provide a cot and baby chair on request.

Remise with garden and pool

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

Bungalowhaus am Rande Berlins

Heller, freundlicher und ruhiger Bungalow (ca. 65 m2, überdachte Terrasse). Euren Hund könnt ihr gerne mitbringen. WLAN vorhanden. Der Mix aus Natur, der Nähe zum BER und der Möglichkeit innerhalb von 30 - 40 Minuten mit Auto oder Bahn in die Berliner City zu gelangen, machen den Charme der Lage aus. Das Auto kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Gastgeber wohnen im vorderen Einfamilienhaus, so dass der persönliche Kontakt gesichert ist.

Quiet studio - quick to get to Berlin by public transport

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Small but mighty - studio sleep four - one room plus a bathroom (shower, wasching-machine) and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (2-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine with a small supply of compostable capsules and Aeroccino milk frother as well as 1 litre of cow's milk and 1 litre of oat milk). You are welcome to use our garden with seating and barbecue area.

Sunny 2-room attic apartment - NR - south Berlin in the countryside

Relax in the cozy and sun-drenched, as well as well-equipped apartment after discovering Berlin and Potsdam. The apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor) of a former manor house. The house entrance is in the back of the house from the yard. The surrounding area invites you to bike rides. Berlin is also easily accessible by bike. The entire apartment is available for you to use alone.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.
