Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The ground floor apartment with about 85 m² offers guests up to 6 people enough space to enjoy a relaxing stay. The feel-good kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, toilet and separate bathroom. Cross-country skiers have a direct access to the cross-country ski trail. The ski resort and center can be reached in 2.5 km by ski bus / taxi. For hikers and cyclists, we are centrally located.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Schindlhaus

In the Schindlhaus, our guests can design their vacation according to their personal needs. We offer a very spacious, family-friendly house for at least 10 people with probably the most beautiful location in the valley. The Schindlhaus is located with the best view of the village but still centrally located with direct access to the slopes for the winter. In summer, the house is the starting point for countless hiking routes and promises an unforgettable stay in every season.

Das zu 100% aus Holz gebaute Haus bietet jeglichen Luxus trotz minimalistischen Platzangebot. Das Haus besticht mit einer guten Lage im Top Ski- und Wandergebiet St. Johann im Pongau/Alpendorf. Durch das knistern des Holzofens und die Verarbeitung von Altholz wird ein Almfeeling geboten.

The Rosenstein vacation rental is located on a sunny hill. With private entrance, large terrace plenty of space and outdoor play facilities and a magnificent view of the mountains and natural landscape of Grossarl, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Since there is 2.5 km mountain road, snow chains are recommended in winter. It is a very good starting point for numerous hikes. You have magnificent views of the Grossarl ski resort.
