The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

In the entrance area you will find direct access to the shower room. In the kitchen with dining table, you can prepare a morning breakfast or a small meal. Especially cozy in the evening when the warm lantern light from Brandgasse falls through the windows.
