The apartment was beautiful and clean, in a great location for getting around the old town (5 minute walk in). the highlight was the roof terrace with 360 views of the city. I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend

Absolutely love this place! The best AirBnB we have stayed in - just beautiful. We stayed here 7 years ago and returned with our children now they are older. We had 7 blissful nights here - we wish we had stayed longer. The apartment is spacious with a lovely balcony and view. Igor and his wife Zeljka are the kindest, loveliest people you will meet. Within a few days I felt the worry and stress of the last few years disappear and the place is just made for relaxation - the beach is beautiful and the water is so clear. At the apartment the pool area is fantastic with a range of loungers and comfy chairs. We all had fantastic time including a boat trip and gorgeous meal. Thank you Igor and Zeljka we hope to be back again soon 🥰

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

Extremely comfortable stay. Everything was so beautiful and a lot of attention to detail was given . Felt like home staying at this apartment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Split.

We had a spectacular time in Split and Zarko’s home was a perfect pace for our family of 6. We loved that it was in the city and very close to everything. Zarko made several recommendations that were excellent. I would stay here again the next time we are in Split. Things to note for those booking: this is on the 4th floor so there are stairs. We had no issues at all but I am not sure that is so clear in the listing and may not be preferred for some travelers. Split is a much better location to stay in the city comparable to Dubrovnik. The old town in Dubrovnik would be nice for one night. Here in split you can live in the city. It is a beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay at Nikola's place! Great views, plenty of privacy, and the perfect space to enjoy for large groups. Still easy to access other areas of Split via taxi. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We’re already talking about coming back. Don’t hesitate—book this place, you won’t regret it. Thank you for everything! – Your Canadian friends 😊

The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Aldi was a great host. He made us feel at home and was very helpful and he also gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. The lack of a separate front door for the rooms we stayed in and need to lock individual rooms might not suit some guests and it would have been good to have an extra set of keys for the apartment with the kitchen given that we were a party of 4.

Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Everything was perfect

Simply amazing from start to finish! Boze has officially set the bar so high for Airbnb hosts that I fear I will forever be disappointed in anyone else! He communicated with me from the very beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. Including going above and beyond and coordinated transporting from the airport for us. He also sent a guide of the area with local recommendations for food, activities and beaches that were helpful. His place was just as described and immaculate. Very walkable to old town and the port. I can not begin to fully describe just how happy these weary travelers were and wish we had more than 1 night there.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
