Yvonne is a thoughtful and friendly hostess. Fast and nice communication. Slept wonderfully. Nice place to stay, actually suitable for longer stays than our long weekend. Like your own living room/kitchen. We were surprised that we were allowed to borrow electric bikes. Perfect. Location, wonderfully quiet. Close to the center and many opportunities to explore nature. Would recommend it to our family!

We were 4 adults and two babies and had a nice, relaxing time in the lake house :) In the kitchen, everything you need for cooking is available, including baby or children's dishes :) Salt and pepper and a starter pack of coffee and sugar were also provided. In general, the house is very well equipped for children or families :) A Kaufland and a few other food stores are a 10-minute walk away, which is very, very convenient. The area is great, you can do a lot. We also liked to use the canoe (life jackets for the little ones are also available) :) Communication was also great and prompt, and questions and problems were also addressed :) Only the early check-out at 10 a.m. caused us some trouble, but this is not in Jannik's hands. All in all a real recommendation :)

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's holiday home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, the shower is not really separated so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. However, a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it became quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet holiday in the countryside

Had a nice long weekend. It was very hot, but the fan was already running and kept the room nice and cool. It's nice to be able to stay in the garden. Bicycles can be stored and charged. Beautiful surroundings, nice farm shop nearby. Not to mention a delicious breakfast

The space is a dream. Laurence welcomed us warmly. You have a wonderful view from the terrace into the greenery and the pool. Everything is reminiscent of a cottage in Cornwall with wildflowers. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

We had a few nice and relaxing days in Stevern. The accommodation is super quiet and idyllic and is well equipped and maintained. We especially enjoyed the quiet outdoor area with a view of the countryside and the horse paddock. In addition, we were very nicely received by Olaf and can therefore only highly recommend the accommodation.

The stay with Lidwine and Manfred was wonderful, just like last time! The house with the apartment is a single location and therefore extremely quiet. In addition to the use of the large apartment, a cozy outdoor area (with barbecue on request) is available. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. And the cordiality and helpfulness of the hosts must be especially mentioned! We would love to come back next year :)

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. The apartment has all the necessities for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

The Airbnb had a loft look with all the comforts. We felt right at home and the hosts were very friendly, definitely recommended!

The basement was nice, comfortable and clean. The contact with Katharina and her partner was very relaxed and pleasant. The Landsheer dogs were sweet and soothing.

Hello everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run very rarely. And in general, there were only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a homely feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than you can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. The garden as a whole and the individually used terrace were very nice! 👍

My permanent place in Enschede When I am in Enschede for work, I always sleep in this B&B. I usually stay two nights, and every time it feels like a warm welcome. It's always clean and quiet — exactly what you need after a long day at work. What I like is that everything is there: a good bed, a nice bathroom, a place to eat or work. No hassle. And the people are friendly, just genuinely nice. This makes the stay personal, without losing your privacy. The location is also ideal. Easily accessible by car, and supermarkets are nearby if you want to get anything else. I never have to search or drive around for long. In short: it is a place where I feel at home, even though I am there for my work. And that is rare enough to cherish.

We did not get to know Katharina personally during that time. But that was not a problem at all. Wishes and questions could be clarified quickly via messages and if we had needed her, she would have come by. So we had a lot of time for ourselves and could enjoy the apartment to the fullest! Even though it rained all weekend, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults to be able to retreat. We would definitely rebook this apartment.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.
