There’s an original tack room with writing on the walls dated 1900s, winding staircase to the 1st floor- superking bedroom, shower room and living/diner with toaster, crockery, tea making facilities. Wem town is a 5 minute walk- pubs, cafes, takeaways, restaurants and shops, train station is 2 minutes, and walking- we’re by the Shropshire way so plenty of long walks! Note-stairs are steep!

Kitchenette includes small hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. Double bed with luxury Simba mattress and ensuite with power shower. Warm and welcoming self contained annex in our relaxed family home. Conveniently situated 1.5 miles from the town centre, railway and bus station. Short walk to the West Mid Showground. Flexible check in, a lockbox is available for late arrival or if we are not in to arrange access to the accommodation. Please note that while we provide limited cooking facilities, there is no full kitchen available.

The Old Dairy - self contained barn for 2

Once a milking shed - The Old Dairy - is tucked away down a private drive in an idyllic hamlet in rural Shropshire. The Old Dairy looks out onto Fitz Church which is one of the oldest brick built churches in Shropshire. We live next door at Dovecote Barn but even though The Old Dairy makes up a separate wing to our home, it is completely self-contained with its own entrance and key safe.
