Holiday rentals with a patio in Grimnitzsee

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Had a great stay at Anna's place. The apartment is beautiful and has a lot of charm. The kitchen is fantastic and above average well equipped for a holiday apartment. And the location was great - easy to reach and extremely quiet. Perfect for taking a breather :)

We stayed at the place for 2 days and it was really just wonderful. Getting there was very easy, and the instructions on how to get into the apartment was also very clear. There is free parking space right in front of the building, but always very quickly. However, parking is very cheap in Poland, we decided to park directly in the parking lot that we could see from the room. We will definitely be back.

A super cosy, idyllically located holiday apartment that can only be described as "high-end". Everything you could possibly need is there, and in the best quality. Once you are there, you will be tempted not to leave the property with its magnificent large garden and many lovingly arranged seating or lounging areas...

We really liked the apartment. It has top equipment. The contact with the host was very good. Communication was fast, very good and helpful. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is, highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

The three of us spent a weekend in the apartment. The apartment is very cozy, bright, clean, very tastefully furnished and in a perfect location. Everything you need is available, even coffee, tea and milk in the fridge 🤩 Communication with Joanna was very friendly and she immediately wrote back and answered our questions. We'd love to come back 😃😃

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, in which various resting places are available. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

We had a great week's holiday in Germany near Berlin while staying in the countryside, very quiet, peaceful, not far from a few villages with shops and restaurants. Very functional, complete, clean, large accommodation with 2 bedrooms, the small landing with armchairs for reading and view of the small water point at the end of the street was much appreciated by the family. I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we couldn't have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

The house is on a private property with garden where our children could play in peace. The house was very clean and the rooms spacious. Perfectly equipped with everything you need for a lovely vacation. The family also runs a barefoot adventure park nearby, as well as an ostrich farm. There are many beautiful places within a few kilometers.

We had a wonderful, long weekend in a super cozy and well-equipped holiday home. The garden is very well maintained and inviting, the proximity to the lake for swimming and paddling is perfect. The house is super clean, the kitchen is above average well equipped, everything was clean. Bernd was always available, described everything to us superbly and fulfilled all our wishes. The space is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time here with friends. The property offers a great retreat for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in nature to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in Grambow for a total of 5 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. The house offers everything you need and especially the kitchen is well equipped. On the terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast and if you turn on the sauna before dinner, you can end the day with an excellent view of the forest. We highly recommend this place and look forward to the next visit.

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I'd love to stay again the next time I'm in Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
