The town is at the top of a hill on a winding and narrow street. It takes just 20 minutes to Menton. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, they greeted me at check-in, it wasn't very easy for me to find it, but they always responded to messages. The place is extremely beautiful with views of the mountains. I had a beautiful stay. No worries . The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to bring provisions for lunch and breakfast, as there is nothing nearby to have dinner... and it is not advisable to do that route at night. But if you are looking for tranquility and beautiful landscapes in a very comfortable apartment that lacks absolutely nothing, this is your place!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb and beautiful view of Monaco! Matthieu and team ensured we were well taken care of during our stay and communication was fantastic! He gives a local guide to all guests and guests can also use uber app to get into Monaco (only in France side). Wonderful amenities and all like the photos! The views from this apartment are just incredible! So romantic and peaceful. Thibault proactively communicated before our stay and was very responsive during our stay. Isabelle went above and beyond to prepare the apartment and welcome us at check-in. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a wonderful and relaxing small town that is in a great central location. It has so many picturesque views everywhere you look. There are also many beautiful nearby towns you can easily visit for short day trips. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Booking with Ilona was very easy. The accommodation is located in the middle of a Ligurian village and is very appealing and furnished with a lot of love.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Ideally located to visit Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for the underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.
