Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Spacious house on the edge of the village.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of the village of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the vastness of nature, socializing in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby city of Greifswald. The house half offers 120 square meters of living space on two complete floors.

Cozy apartment in renovated horse stable

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Pension Ulla

Die romantische Einraumwohnung im Landhaus liegt in Menzlin. Das ruhige Dorf befindet sich 2 km von der Peene entfernt, dem "Amazonas des Nordens". Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

Willkommen in unserer charmanten Souterrain-Wohnung im historischen Gutshaus mit dazugehörigem Park nahe der Insel Usedom. Das gemütliche Apartment bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Genießen Sie den Blick in den Obstgarten, während Sie in der sonnigen Südseite des Hauses entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Küche, einem großzügigen Bad und einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
