Marion is an extremely kind person, focused on the well-being of the customer. We loved the house, everyone has their own room with their own bathroom, which allows each person in due time to be either in a group or alone to rest, take a nap or read. Heaven. I highly recommend this place and we plan to return!

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and so did the adults! The hosts are very friendly and have created a very peaceful environment for this Airbnb. The pool was great. There are two neighbouring Airbnb apartments on the same land as the main house. There is no noise from the other apartment. It was very quiet! It was a pleasure having a morning walk to visit the animals. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful stay with a magnificent view of the estuary. The house is very well equipped, quiet and pleasant. The veranda is a real plus when the weather is not on your side. We recommend it without hesitation!

a very nice accommodation in a very nice village, on the edge of the estuary. very clean, nicely decorated, with an outdoor plancha, a garden, a few chickens (in an enclosure) and a few cats that you will meet at random. very discreet and very friendly owners. a tavern (Ma zo li) has recently opened just opposite (Thursday to Sunday): possibility of eating grilled meat or fish, mussels on Friday evening, have a drink, in a wooded place. At very affordable prices. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Meshers, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, Mornac sur Seudre, Mortagne sur Gironde (port).

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Super pleasant stay, change of scenery and rest at the rendezvous. The house is very nice and functional as well as the outside, large, wooded and the presence of the donkeys reinforces the zenitude of the place. We fully enjoyed this rental. Beautiful address at the port of Meschers in a quiet environment, even if the restaurants and the port are a few steps from the rental. The house is even better in real life than in the photos! Very spacious, well equipped, everything is there for a good time spent with family!

Mortagne is an ideal place for those who want peace and quiet without being too far from amenities and places to visit. The accommodation is beautiful and pleasant, it is perfect for 4 people and can easily accommodate 6 or 7 . Fanny is very responsive and professional. We'll be back!

Dominique welcomed us very warmly with local products upon arrival. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet place. The grounds are shaded which allows you to settle on sun loungers to relax and read. It is also secured by a portal that allowed us to play balls safely. Dominique was a very good tip for our vacation. The house is spacious and very functional. The kitchen, dining table, bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. The living room (with 3 sofas) and beds are upstairs. There is everything you need for the kitchen (+ a charcoal barbeque). An ideal terrace for an aperitif and for eating. A small garage to dry laundry at night. The rental is 5 minutes by car from the supermarket, about twenty minutes from the beach of St Georges de Didonnes (very pretty) and Royan. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation well located for activities and visits, however, remains in a relaxing and quiet bucolic setting. Emmanuel is a very good host , always available, he does not hesitate to share his tips and good places. The accommodation is very nice, large, clear, very well equipped. It's like home. We can only advise you to let you try.

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is a really lovely host and her house is just superb. The description was a perfect match and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a weekend of rest and rejuvenation.
