Monthly Rentals in Grey Lynn

Lovely little place in an unbeatable location for Ponsonby and Central Auckland. The place was comfortable and had everything I needed. Host had excellent communication. 5 star stay!

Had a wonderful 4 days at Greenhouse Apartment. So convenient for shops cafes and also the supermarket . Easy bus ride into the city . Bed was so comfortable and had a great ceiling fan. Loved having a nespresso coffee machine and pods . Wonderful appliances and cooking facilities, although we did eat out a lot as so many great food places nearby. A treat to stay there on our visit to Auckland.

Kate responded very quickly to any questions. She was friendly and welcoming, and her place really is a peaceful garden haven, while being close to café, restaurant, supermarket etc. Her information booklet was full of good information which made my stay go smoothly. The ability to make easy meals and snacks, and a great coffee press, made it even better.

Stephen’s place is great and the parking is super convenient. Has everything you need for a great stay.
