Family-friendly holiday rentals in Greve in Chianti

Everything was great about the stay! We were really starving the day of ur arrival and Francesca was able to bring us some food for her that was all needed to kick start our day!

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

I can not say enough about Alessandra and her amazing land! It was the most magical place we have ever been to. We are taking a 3 month trip, hitting up 21 cities in Europe and this is BY far the best! She was so kind and took us shopping and back to our train! She was always there when we needed her.thank you Alessandra we will see you next year!

Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

Beatrice was an amazing host. She was very responsive to our questions and always very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for visiting various sites around Tuscany. Florence, Cortona, Siena and Pisa. The nearby town of Greve had some nice little restaurants for lunch/dinner. After a long day of sightseeing we would gather on the patio to have charcuterie and wine. Or gather at the family style dining table each evening. We highly recommend having Beatrice provide a home cooked meal, it was excellent! There are several wineries and olive oil tastings in the area. We took advantage of many of them. Overall we were very happy and very comfortable with our stay. We highly recommend staying here. If we ever come back we are definitely staying here again. You'll definitely get the true feel of Tuscany.

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its very own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. The accommodation has everything you need and beyond, there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling on holiday from the beginning. From here, you can explore Tuscany very well and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is simply perfect.

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

Our hosts welcomed us with great kindness and gave us all the information to direct us to Florence. The very charming and fresh apartment has a very nice flowery and peaceful garden. We had a great time

The pictures don’t do the beauty of the space justice. Maria, the housekeeper who lives in the basement unit was very discrete. Dawn was our host and set us up some incredible reservations, as well as helped us with a transportation issue. The view is otherworldly off the back porch, which overlooks olive trees. There are many adorable tortoises that live in the backyard and are very fun to watch. Close drive from the tram as well as many incredible restaurants. Take the cooking class with Maria!!! It was a trip highlight. If you stay here, you will definitely want a car.

This was an incredible and relaxing getaway—we honestly wish we had stayed longer. The tower is just as magical as the photos, and the views, olive grove, and pool were even better than expected. The surrounding town is darling and quiet, with just a couple of small restaurants and markets, which made it feel like a true escape. Luca was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Just a few things to note: there are a lot of stairs, and you’ll want a smaller car to navigate the narrow roads leading up to the tower. It’s a real castle, so it’s older and rustic—but full of charm and clearly loved. The only downside was that the hot tub on the roof no longer works, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. In fact, not sure the pictures do it justice. It is a beautiful setting - peaceful and relaxing. The space in the apartment was very usable with two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. Martina was super helpful and communicated well with fast response time. Great recommendations for walks and restaurants. I can’t say enough nice things about her. Just an ideal host.

Enjoyed our lovely stay. Flora is a wonderful host and so kind. Great place if you want to get out of hectic Firenze and explore other areas of Tuscany.

Fantastic and quiet accommodation in the heart of the Chianti area with fantastic views. A car is absolutely necessary! The house, the garden and the spacious pool were awesome. Pure Tuscany feeling. Christine and John were great hosts. Christine had great restaurant tips and even made the reservations for us (so there were always good seats in the restaurants guaranteed). We even spent a day at your other accommodation, the "Villa La Petraia". The rooms were very lovingly furnished and the property and the view were also fantastic. Christine has a very good sense of design and furnishings. A design hotel at its finest. I hope to be back soon.

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a crush, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Giada's penthouse apartment was the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Tuscany. Accessible to so many Chianti vineyards, we only wish we'd had more time staying there to explore, and less rainy weather, to enjoy the on site amenities like the pool and the two balconies more. She also gave us recommendations for the area which were super helpful! We would happily stay again.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. We had the most magical stay at this Tuscany farm! The property is absolutely stunning — nestled among rolling vineyards and olive groves, with postcard-perfect views in every direction. Our apartment was spacious, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing local recommendations. Our kids loved meeting the animals, exploring the grounds, and especially swimming in the beautiful pool overlooking the hills — it was a total dream! Evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine and the Tuscan sunset were unforgettable. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our family, and we can't wait to return. Eva's place is absolute heaven. We stayed for 10 days with our two small children (1 and 4) and had the most wonderful time. The apartment is perfect – beautifully decorated with everything catered for. The outside garden and terrace is great for eating with amazing views. And the pool is also wonderful – we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. We couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you, Eva and family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Reggello! The hosts were so warm and communicative—they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a full walkthrough of the home! The view was stunning, and the pool was beautiful and very clean. Aldo even came by each morning to clean it before we used it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything in the house worked perfectly—the Wi-Fi was fast, all the appliances and lighting functioned well, and we had no issues during our stay. The drive from Florence was easy (we had a rental car), and it made exploring nearby wineries and towns super convenient. We also LOVED their on-site farmers market. It was their own personal setup with wines, olive oil, jams, and other homemade goods -- plus fresh produce like eggs, garlic, artichoke, & shallots, which they generously offered free of charge. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape in the Tuscan countryside!
