Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll renovierte und voll ausgestattete Dachgeschosswohnung im Haupthaus unseres Hofes. Der Mehrgenerationenhof liegt in Alleinlage etwa 400 m vor dem idyllischen Dorf Greußenheim, 12 km westl. von Würzburg. Die Wohnung ist circa 50 m2 groß, voll ausgestattet und mit einer neuen Einbauküche versehen. Ein Stellplatz für einen PKW ist vorhanden. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt (Richtung: Würzburg und Marktheidenfeld).

Küche Grundausstattung gehören dazu - Bad mit Dusche und WC inkl. Handtücher und Waschmaschine ( 5€ pro Tag) ist vorhanden . - Parkplätze in unmittelbare Nähe ( kostenfrei) Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurze mit Auto oder Rad erreichbar.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Our quiet apartment is located on the outskirts of Kist, just 15 minutes away from downtown Würzburg. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cats, chickens & being offline, the ideal place to switch off!
